G-Tech Solutions Ltd. provide solutions to specific cleaning problems, either from our extensive ranges of washing equipment, or as custom-built machinery to suit particular requirements. We also provide project, design, and consultancy services, for washing, cleaning, and degreasing problems.

Our washing and cleaning systems can use either solvents, or aqueous based solutions, depending on the application. The equipment is always designed with careful regard to environmental impact. All machines are enclosed and provided with extraction systems to minimize emissions, and maximize protection of the environment.

Where solvents are used for washing, solvent recovery units use distillation to allow recycling of the washing solvent, for re-use in the washing, or degreasing, plant. The solvent recover units can run in-line with washing machines to give closed-loop cleaning systems with minimal waste generation.

Solvent Recovery Units are also supplied as stand-alone machines for use in any industrial application using solvents, and generating waste solvents. Like the washing systems, solvent recovery plant can be specially designed to meet any specific customer requirement.

Washing, cleaning, and degreasing equipment is supplied in top-, end-, and side-loading formats. Automatic mechanical handling for loading and unloading of the washing plant, or conveyorisation through the entire cleaning or degreasing system can also be incorporated.
